Current Situation of VFX Industry: The VFX industry was severely underestimated until 2015. Many people looked down on it, thinking it was a field for the illiterate because no degree or qualification was required to join. 1. Early Years in Palasa, Andhra Pradesh:


Suru Manikanta, born to Ramesh in the serene town of Palasa, Andhra Pradesh, exhibited from a young age an unwavering love for his family. While other children delved into books, Suru Manikanta's heart lay with computers and spending quality time with his loved ones. His fondness for sports, particularly cricket, added vibrancy to his childhood, as did his love for movies, with icons like MS Dhoni and Pawan Kalyan capturing his imagination.


2. Choosing His Path:


As Suru Manikana approached the pivotal moment of choosing his career path, guidance came from an unexpected source Krishna, his mother's friend and a web designer. Recognizing Suru's dual passions for computers and movies, Krishna advised him to pursue a multimedia course. With Krishna's encouragement, Suru Manikanta embarked on the AAASP course at Arena Animation, Hyderabad, eager to meld his interests into a fulfilling career.


3. Beginning of Career:


Suru Manikanta's journey into the professional world commenced at Prasad EFX, where he found his footing as a Paint Artist. From there, he traversed through various esteemed companies, each contributing to his growth. However, it was at MPC and Digital Deluxe where Suru Manikanta truly flourished, finding solace in their supportive work cultures and their profound respect for artists.


4. Making Waves in the Industry:


Suru Manikanta's career trajectory soared as he worked on prestigious films like "1917," "Shang-Chi," "Spider-Man: No Way Home," and "West Side Story." His contributions to "1917" were particularly noteworthy, earning the film an Oscar for VFX. Throughout these endeavors, Suru's dedication and talent shone brightly, propelling him toward his aspirations.


5. Looking Ahead:


Despite his accomplishments, Suru's ambitions remained steadfast. His goal of becoming a Paint Supervisor underscored his determination to lead and inspire others. Yet, he remained open to new opportunities, eager to explore different facets of the industry and continue his upward trajectory.
