Tumati Ashok Kumar, a humble and easy-going individual, was born on November 5th, 1989, in the serene village of Sunnipenta near Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh. Even as a teenager, he was trendy yet mature and confident in his aspirations. His passion for the visual effects (VFX) industry took root at a young age. Inspired by his father's friend, Prasad, who was a Telugu film director, Ashok Kumar began to explore the world of VFX independently.

Rather than enrolling in a VFX academy, Tumati Ashok Kumar chose to learn the ropes from an experienced individual working in the industry. Under Rahul Pavan's guidance, Ashok Kumar embarked on his VFX career. He started as a Roto Artist at Primefocus Ltd in Hyderabad, where he worked diligently for three years. Despite initial challenges, Ashok Kumar's dedication led him to opportunities to lead a team at an early stage in his career. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, he couldn't make the most of this chance.

Undeterred, Tumati Ashok Kumar transitioned to Digital Deluxe in Pune, a conversion company, where he continued to hone his skills as a Roto Artist. After 1.5 years, he made a significant breakthrough by joining the Paint Department. His career continued to ascend as he worked at notable VFX companies like MPC in Bangalore, Basilicfly, and Rotomaker. Currently, he is a Paint Artist at Ghost VFX (Streamland Media Pvt. Ltd) in Pune.

Though he initially yearned to be a shoot supervisor on movie sets, Tumati Ashok Kumar has come to appreciate the intricate and fulfilling nature of VFX work. His commitment has led to many memorable moments in the industry, including intense periods of working for consecutive days without even a bath.

One of Tumati Ashok Kumar's standout moments from the past was when he was working at Digital Deluxe. Despite his multitasking abilities, what truly made him famous overnight was winning 12.4 lakhs in a Dream Eleven Fantasy Cricket competition. This achievement brought him widespread recognition among his colleagues, and he quickly became a well-known figure in the company.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ashok Kumar enjoys playing both indoor and outdoor games like cricket and chess. He is a versatile cricketer himself, taking inspiration from the legendary Virender Sehwag. He also has a keen interest in suspense thrillers, crime stories, and biographical films, citing "Yatra" and "Rakthacharitra" as personal favorites. These movies, both in Telugu, are biopics on Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy, a former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and Paritala Ravindra, a late MLA.

Looking to the future, Tumati Ashok Kumar's ultimate aspiration is to become a shoot supervisor. With his determination and hard work, it's only a matter of time before he realizes this goal.
